Can I return an item?
We understand that there may, on occasion, be times where you wish to return an order that you have received from us. Any non-medicinal products that you wish to return must be in the original packaging and unopened, in a condition fit for resale. Unfortunately, by law we cannot accept the return of any medication that has left our premises as it cannot be reused once it has left our premises.

Can I trust you with my NHS prescriptions?
At The Independent Pharmacy, we specialise in the home delivery of medicines, both private and NHS. We are contracted by the NHS and regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council, the same as every other pharmacy in the UK. Our customers currently rate our service as 9.8/10 on the independent review site Trustpilot. Our team comprises of qualified pharmacists, technicians and dispensers as well as a friendly customer services team, dedicated to making NHS prescriptions easier for our patients.

In order to provide you with the best possible service we collect and store information about you and the services that you have used. To ensure that we treat your data in the proper manner we are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 (Reg no. ZA030687).

There may be, on occasion, a time where a patient wishes to comment or complain about the service they have received from The Independent Pharmacy. We welcome all feedback about our service and will strive to resolve any negative experience our customers have experienced. Should you wish to contact us to comment or complain please contact Andy Boysan by emailing support@theindependentpharmacy.co.uk. Alternatively, please send your correspondence to Mr Andy Boysan, The Independent Pharmacy, 14 - 16 Dixon Road, Brislington, Bristol, BS4 5QW. You will always receive a reply within 7 days. We will log all complaints we receive so that we can monitor the types of problems, the best way to resolve them and how long we are taking to deal with them.
