What is Flexitol 10% Urea Cream and what is it used for?
Flexitol 10% Urea Cream is enriched with urea to offer deep, intense hydration to skin that has become dry and rough but that is not affected by callouses.
This product can be used by children, adults and the elderly over the age of 12 years to provide relief from dry skin patches, which may be caused by eczema or psoriasis or that are a result of a health condition such as diabetes.
How does Flexitol 10% Urea Cream work?
This product contains 10% urea to help hydrate and nourish dry skin. Urea is a product that is naturally occurring in healthy skin. It is a highly moisturising substance that helps the skin to lock in moisture and restores its protective barrier function to prevent the skin from becoming irritated
How to use Flexitol 10% Urea Cream
Flexitol 10% Urea Cream is suitable for children, adults and the elderly over the age of 12 years. It is for external use only and should be applied directly to patches of dry skin.
- Wash your hands before and after use, unless you are treating the skin on your hands.
- Cover the affected areas with the cream 2 - 3 times a day.
- Gently rub into the skin in the direction of the hair growth.

Each bottle of Flexitol 10% Urea Cream contains: Purified water, urea, lanolin, cetostearyl alcohol, glycerine, dimethicone, paraffin oil light, glyceryl monostearate, decyl oleate, PEG-20 stearate, phenoxyethanol, sodium PCA, shea butter, panthenol, tocopheryl acetate, benzyl alcohol, butylated hydroxytoluene, perfume.
Flexitol 10% Urea Cream side effects
People rarely develop side effects as a result of using this product, however, if you are allergic or sensitive to any of the ingredients please do not apply it to your skin.
If you develop a localised reaction whilst using Flexitol products you should stop using it immediately and wash the skin with warm water. If your skin continues to be irritated you should speak to a doctor for advice.

- Do not use to treat children under the age of 12 years without direction from a doctor.
- For external use only. Do not swallow and avoid contact with your eyes.
- Do not use Flexitol if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
- If irritation occurs stop using this product.
