Berocca Boost is suitable for daily consumption all year round, but it should not be relied upon as a substitute for a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of 1 tablet.
Do not give to children.
Not recommended if you are pregnant or breastfeeding (contains 75mg of caffeine per tablet).
You are advised not to consume more than 400mg of caffeine per day from all sources.
Do not take In combination with ephedrine or other stimulants.
Keep product and empty tube out of the sight and reach of young children.
Do not store above 30°C, keep the tube tightly closed.

Simply drop one tablet into a glass of water and wait for it to stop fizzing. This will mean that the tablet is fully mixed in with the water.
